DWAI/resisting arrest: Diana G. Prokopenko, 23, of Freehold, New Jersey, was arrested by Thruway state police at 9:16 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration, and unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, all misdemeanors. Prokopenko was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
