The prosecution of a Sudbury man accused of murdering his wife three years ago has gotten a little more complicated.
Hatinder Sharma, 37, was scheduled to appear in Sudbury court last week to argue why he should be allowed to withdraw his plea to second-degree murder for killing his wife, Kanika Arora.
