A quick moving system overnight Sunday into Monday to produce heavy rain, strong wind gusts and a very low risk of a tornado.

A potent cold front pushes through late this evening along with the storm.

Rain arrives from West to East starting at 11 PM. By 3 a.m., rain will have shifted to most of New Jersey and will begin to wind down in Pennsylvania and Northern Delaware.

By the morning commute on Monday the rain will have cleared the area.
