A 23-year-old was shot and killed in broad daylight in Wilmington , Del., on Sunday afternoon, police said.
The shooting occurred at around 3:15 p.m. in the area of West 29th and North Washington Street, police said.

The man was taken to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead due to his injuries, police said.
No arrests or motives have been announced and the man's identity has not been released at this time. However, Wilmington police are investigating the shooting.
