OXFORD, Miss. (WLBT) - Two people have been arrested and charged with human trafficking in Oxford, Mississippi.

On Oct. 14, a detective with the Oxford Police Department was contacted by another agency regarding a possible human trafficking case in the city.

After an investigation and speaking with the adult victim, detectives identified two suspects in the case.

The suspects have been identified as 22-year-old Alana McCammon and 23-year-old Bailey Prince. Both are from Water Valley, Mississippi.

McCammon and Prince are both charged with one count of human trafficking.

According to officials, McCammon’s bond will be revoked by the Circuit Court due to the suspect already being out on a previous felony bond.
