LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Nebraska Athletics) - The Nebraska soccer team fell to the UCLA Bruins by a score of 3-0 on Sunday afternoon in Los Angeles, Calif.
With the loss, the Huskers fell to 8-4-5 (3-4-3 Big Ten) while the Bruins improved to 10-4-2 (6-2-2 Big Ten).
The Big Red allowed 28 shots by the Bruins, almost double the most shots that NU had previously allowed by an opponent this season. UCLA also had 13 shots on target. Nebraska only took five shots with two on goal. Reagan Raabe was responsible for three of those total attempts.
Cece Villa (7-4-5) took the loss in goal but recorded a career-high nine saves, all of which came in the first half.
NU was limited to just two shots in the first half, while UCLA took 20, including 11 on target.
