Will there be an ‘Arty Party’ on Tuesday in Pittsburgh?
The Penguins have been rotating goaltenders Tristan Jarry and Arturs Silovs and if the form chart stays intact — even though Jarry made 31 saves Saturday in a 3-0 victory Saturday at San Jose — Silovs should face his former club when the Vancouver Canucks make their fourth stop on an impressive five-game road trip in which they’re 3-0.
Silovs, who got the notable starting nod in the Penguins’ season opener, stopped 30 of 32 shots on Thursday in a 4-2 victory at Los Angeles. That would seem to indicate he held serve in the rotating crease competition.
The Penguins could mess with the plot, and if they do, there’s always the ageless Sidney Crosby to draw eyeballs. However, with Silovs in the net it would add a level of intrigue b
