Plymouth Argyle Women produced a composed and clinical performance to book their place in the second round of the FA Women's National League Cup, defeating a strong Watford side 3-0 at Kings Langley.

Fresh from her Wales international call-up, Tianna Teisar continued her fine form with a second half goal while Olivia Francis struck twice, once in each half, to seal a deserved victory.

Head coach Marie Hourihan praised the team’s mentality and execution. "We came in today with a real intention and appetite to win," she said. "The game plan was spot on. We were aggressive with and without the ball and dominated in all areas."
