A Glasgow local says he is "appalled" after spotting a dead and living pigeon "trapped" in netting underneath a west end railway bridge.
A grim picture shared with Glasgow Live shows the wing of a deceased pigeon sticking through the netting, with another one struggling to try and escape underneath the bridge on Dumbarton Road, next to Partick Station.
Despite the bridge serving rail services, the council is in charge of pigeon-proofing on the bridge. Both the council and the Scottish SPCA were contacted by the resident.
