(PINOPINT WEATHER) -- Good Monday morning! Hope everyone had a great weekend.

We have a really nice fall week ahead, probably the most consistent fall weather we have had since the start of the fall season.

Starting chilly this morning, with temperatures in the 40s across the area. A breezy start too, with winds gusting between 30-40 mph in the mountains and gusts between 10-20 mph towards Charlotte.

Winds will subside a bit for the afternoon, with temperatures climbing into the 60s and lower 70s. A sunny, cool, and comfortable afternoon!

Turning chilly again tonight, with temperatures falling back into the 40s. An approaching cold front and a more southerly breeze on Tuesday will allow temperatures to rise into the mid to upper 70s. 60s for the mountains on Tuesday.

Most will be dry
