Update expected Monday for Omaha teen who terrorized women at Memorial Park

First Alert 6 is expecting an update from court Monday on a teen charged with a sex crime at Memorial Park in Omaha.

In July 2023, a 13-year-old terrorized two women and threatened the life of one of them with a knife as her raped her in the park. We last learned where the rehabilitation process stood as the teen prepared to go back to school in Omaha.

In the spring, the soon-to-be 16-year-old finished his inpatient treatment program at a facility in Utah . He was then set to live at home with his family on what a judge called a strict set of conditions.
