The clock is ticking for a National Lottery millionaire in Birmingham to claim their prize.

The £1m ticket was bought in the city in May but has yet to be claimed.

But the ticket holder has just a month to pick up their winnings or lose them forever.

The winning ticket is for the Saturday, May 24 draw this year.

It matched five main numbers and the Bonus Ball – with the numbers drawn that day being 9, 12, 13, 26, 38, and 40, with the Bonus Ball being 4 .

But the possible millionaire has only until the clock strikes midnight on Thursday, November 20 to claim the ticket – 180 days from the day of the draw.
