The spotlight continues to grow brighter on Vanderbilt’s magical football season.

In the aftermath of the Commodores’ 31-24 win over previous No. 10-ranked LSU last Saturday, Vandy has risen to No. 10 in the Associated Press Top 25 poll, marking the first time the football program has cracked the top 10 since 1947.

But the fun may just be getting started.

When Vanderbilt (6-1, 2-1) hosts No. 15 Missouri (6-1, 2-1) this Saturday, ESPN’s College GameDay will be on campus for the second time in school history — and the first since a Vandy-Auburn game on Oct. 4, 2008.

The entertaining college football preview show, which features host Rece Davis and analysts Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, Pat McAfee and Nick Saban, will take place from 8-11 a.m. CT and air live on ESPN, ESPNU and Disney+
