Baltimore police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a person in connection with an assault and attempted rape on the campus of Johns Hopkins University.

Officers said the incident occurred on Saturday around 7:30 p.m. in the 3100 block of Wyman Park Drive.

“I can tell you that the male suspect is described as a black male, kind of tall with brown skin-light skin complexion, and possibly had an odor toward him, so he might be homeless or houseless,” said Baltimore police Detective Vernon Davis. “So, if you see anybody walking around, they look kind of disheveled, they don’t really fit, call us. Call 911 or call campus police.”
