GASTON COUNTY, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- The Gaston County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding 15-year-old Esmeralda Perez, who has been reported missing.

Perez is described as a Hispanic teen with brown hair and brown eyes. She’s about 5'3" tall and weighs around 120 pounds. Police said she was last seen wearing a white tank top, black shorts, and white Puma sneakers. GPD said she also has piercings on her nose, belly button, and tongue.

Authorities are urging anyone who may have seen Perez or knows where she might be to come forward.
