PROVO, Utah – BYU safety Tanner Wall has been named Big 12 Co-Defender of the Week after his late interception helped seal the Cougars’ third straight Holy War win over Utah.

Wall had a season-high ten tackles and an interception of Devon Dampier that led to BYU’s game-winning touchdown.

He finished the game as the highest graded player, according to PFF.

The 6’1, 205-pound dynamo has 29 tackles for the season and is tied for the team lead with two INTs.
