GLASGOW, Ky. (WBKO) — Police are investigating the death of a toddler found unresponsive last Thursday at a home on Cleveland Avenue.

Officers began life-saving measures upon arrival. The child was taken to T.J. Samson Hospital in Glasgow before being life-flighted to the University of Kentucky Hospital.

The toddler died on Oct. 18, though authorities have not released further details.

Detective Lt. Jabin McGuire is leading the investigation. Police say the case remains active.
