RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — A shooting in Wake County Monday afternoon left a teenager seriously hurt, deputies said.

Deputies said they found a teenager with a gunshot wound, who was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

The incident remains under investigation. No further information was provided by the sheriff's office as of Monday afternoon.
