The Minnesota Vikings will look to avoid their first losing streak of 2025 as they make a trip to the West Coast on a short week.

In Week 8, the Vikings will head out to Los Angeles to face the Los Angeles Chargers at SoFi Stadium, a scenario similar to one they faced last year when they traveled to the City of Angels on a short week following a loss. Vikings fans are, obviously, hoping for a much better ending this time around.

Even with a short week, there will be some controversy around the quarterback position for the Vikings. Carson Wentz had some struggles against Philadelphia in the Vikings’ Week 7 loss, but managed to get the team into the red zone six times. . .where they came away with just one touchdown.
