NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) — As the race for New York City mayor enters its final weeks, Democratic nominee, Zohran Mamdani continues to lead in the polls.

With early voting set to begin this Saturday and Election Day just around the corner, the big question remains: Can anyone catch up to Mamdani?

The pressure is mounting, especially on Republican candidate Curtis Sliwa. Talk has intensified about whether he will bow out of the race and create a head-to-head between Mamdani and former Governor Andrew Cuomo, running as an independent.
