The good times keep on rolling for the Plateau’s wildly successful football teams.
Last week, both Enumclaw and White River pushed their season records to a perfect 7-0, keeping them clearly atop the North Puget Sound League 3A standings. All of Enumclaw’s victories have been against league foes; White River has picked up one nonleague win.
In the course of adding another lopsided victory, the Plateau pair continued to shine on both sides of the ball. Enumclaw has now scored 352 points (averaging a bit more than 50 per outing), while the defense has given up a measly 41 points (six per contest) and posted three shutouts.
White River also has logged a trio of shutouts, has scored 322 points (46 per night) and has allowed just 26 points (fewer than four per game).
