The week starts off nice and sunny, with hardly a cloud to spot in the sky. Dry air from the northwest is leading to our typical seasonal shift in the midst of October. Tomorrow we will be a few degrees above average our average of 64° with a high of 67°. The low will be 38°, with clear skies to add.

Late Wednesday night and early Thursday morning will be our first major forecast shift, as a system of low pressure moves up from the southwest. There will be a lot of rain here in Western Colorado, and even snow at higher elevations. However, I don't see snow as a factor for us outside of the high mountains. We'll dry out and get into the 60s again, with some warmer overnight temperatures in the 40s to close out the work week. Sunday and Monday will see a wave of moisture from the northwest,
