Actor Govardhan Asrani, known as Asrani in Bollywood, was born on January 1, 1941, in Jaipur, Rajasthan. He received his early education at St. Xavier’s School in Jaipur and later graduated from Rajasthan College. After his studies, Asrani began working as a radio artist. His wife is Manju Bansal Irani, with whom he appeared in several films. Asrani appeared in over 300 Hindi and Gujarati films during his career and remained a part of the film industry for five decades.
