New documents in the case against Jacoby Tillman — accused of attempting to rape a woman on an Orange County trail — are pushing for Tillman's pre-trial detention after he was previously released on bond last week .

Tillman's release on bond sparked outrage from Orange County Sheriff John Mina and concerns from a past victim.

Mina expressed his disapproval on Facebook, stating, "This is atrocious! He should have never been released."

Prosecutors have now filed a motion for pre-trial detention to get Tillman back behind bars after he posted his $9,500 bond last week. They argue the court was not aware of all the facts when bond was previously granted.
