WASHINGTON — Two more people have been arrested in connection to the assault of a former DOGE worker, U.S. Attorney General for D.C. Jeanine Pirro announced alongside other officials Monday afternoon.

The two suspects have been identified as 19-year-old Laurence Cotton-Powell from D.C. and 18-year-old Anthony Taylor from Temple Hills, Maryland. The pair was also connected to a separate attack and robbery. Both have been charged with attempted unarmed carjacking, two counts of robbery, and two counts of assault with intent to commit robbery.

The two suspects are the latest arrests in the August attack. Earlier this month, two 15-year-olds were convicted in connection with the attack. The 15-year-old boy was sentenced to 12 months' probation. The girl pleaded guilty to simple assault and
