SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) -Since opening for members and guests on Labor Day, the brand new Mapleton Golf Club in northeast Sioux Falls has proved it was worth the wait for members and their guests.

Danny Amundson’s course, that takes on some of the feel of Sutton Bay that was his dad’s vision, has shown it will be a great experience for all who get to play. And I can personally attest from spending time on the course that it will make a great first impression.

Danny Amundson, Mapleton Founder says, “To see people and it was instantaneous when we went from nobody was allowed to be out here to opening day. And there’s people of golf carts and on the golf course and it’s just very satisfying and rewarding to see people out here enjoying it, coming back day after day repetitively.
