SEATTLE – Texans Pro Bowl wide receiver Nico Collins left the game and is being evaluated for a concussion under the NFL mandatory protocol.
Collins’ helmet hit the ground hard in the fourth quarter and he is questionable to return.
The Texans struggled to get Collins more involved as the offense had an ugly performance overall.
He was targeted a team-high 10 times, but had just four catches for 27 yards. Collins had an uncharacteristic dropped pass in the first half.
