Stock markets are gearing up for one of their most cherished traditions, Muhurat Trading, on Tuesday, leaving many investors wondering whether the market is open today or closed for Diwali Laxmi Pujan. This year, the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) will remain closed on October 21, in observance of the festival but will open exclusively for the Muhurat Trading session, for one hour.
