Johnny Dawkins returns to Cameron Indoor Stadium on Tuesday, Oct. 21 when Duke basketball hosts UCF in an exhibition game as part of the Brotherhood Run (7 p.m. ET, ACC Network Extra).

It is the first of two exhibition games for fourth-year head coach Jon Scheyer and the Blue Devils ahead of the 2025-26 season. Duke also plays an exhibition at Tennessee on Sunday, Oct. 26, before officially tipping its season off on Nov. 4 against Texas at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte.

Dawkins, a former Duke All-American who played under coach Mike Krzyzewski from 1982-1986, finished his Duke career as the all-time leading scorer with 2,556 points with his No. 24 hanging in the rafters at Cameron Indoor Stadium.
