As Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold approached the lectern for his postgame press conference, he needed only six words to accurately describe what took place Monday night at Lumen Field.

"Oh man, what a weird game," Darnold said.

OK, to be fair, that was more of a description of the offensive performance than Seattle's play in all three phases in a 27-19 victory over the Texans. Seattle's defense was great, as it has been all season, keeping the Texans offense out of the end zone until the final minutes of the fourth quarter; and special teams was solid throughout aside from one blocked field goal.

But the offense? Yeah, like Darnold said. Weird.
