The Australian 'Doctor Death' has revealed the grimmest methods of dying after building a decades-spanning career examining the ghastly and gruesome.
Forensic pathologist Roger Byard has scrutinised hundreds of fatalities ranging from those perpetrated by serial murderers to fatal encounters with cockerels and other creatures.
