CLEVELAND (WJW) -- The mayor of Cleveland faced hours of hard questions Monday about his deal to end lawsuits over the Browns moving to a dome in Brook Park.
And, he faced questions from the FOX 8 I-Team.
The mayor had to explain a $100 million deal, and he argued he got every penny he could.
Mayor Justin Bibb went before Cleveland City Council defending his deal, a proposed settlement with the Browns clearing the way for the Browns to move to a new stadium in Brook Park just outside Hopkins Airport.
The settlement calls for the Browns to give the city $100 million while the city would drop lawsuits that were filed in an attempt to force the team to stay in the current stadium on the lakefront.
