POULSBO — When Huyen Tran and Rang Nguyen opened Pho T&N in Poulsbo in 2005, a bowl of pho was $5.99, and a cup of boba tea just $3.50.

Twenty years later to the day, on Oct. 25, 2025, the Nguyen family will welcome customers with a throwback menu that has the same prices they used 20 years ago to celebrate Pho T&N's 20th anniversary with the community that has shown continuous support throughout the two decades.
