The University of Toledo women’s basketball team added a local star after Liberty-Benton junior Corra Dehart committed to the Rockets on Monday.

Dehart announced her commitment on social media, choosing Toledo over offers from Ball State, Belmont, Bowling Green, Evansville, Kent State, Lipscomb, Murray State, Northern Kentucky, Oakland, and Purdue Fort Wayne.

The 6-foot-3 power forward averaged 12.7 points per game as a sophomore and led the Eagles to a Division V regional semifinal appearance last season. Dehart also earned All-Ohio honorable mention honors.
