Peoria Unified School District has recognized this year’s Raymond S. Kellis Leadership Award recipients — Christie Davis, benefits manager; Bridget Stockwell, Country Meadows Elementary School principal; and Sarah Tekulve, early literacy specialist.

The Kellis award recognizes employees who have made significant contributions to the advancement of the districts’ mission, vision and values.

The award is for those who display selfless service, as indicated by the absence of the pursuit of fame, coupled with a clear advocacy for children of all ages; tireless dependability, even at the cost of personal sacrifice; intense loyalty to the district, the community, the state and the nation and clear evidence of commitment to the highest ethical standards, reflected in exemplary behavior.
