New Delhi: Asian Cricket Council as well as Pakistan Cricket Board’s chairman Mohsin Naqvi has offered hand over of the Asia Cup trophy to India at an event in Dubai on November 10.

The date and time were proposed after correspondence between the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and the ACC, reports Telecom Asia Sport .

“There was a series of letters exchanged with the BCCI, and the ACC has conveyed to them that we are ready to host Indian skipper Suryakumar Yadav and his players with BCCI official Rajiv Shukla to take the trophy in a ceremony on November 10 in Dubai,” Naqvi said in Karachi on Tuesday.

India had refused to accept the trophy from Naqvi, who is also Pakistan’s interior minister, who insisted on handing over the trophy personally to the winning team.
