LANSING - A Lansing nonprofit is suing one of its founders and a former employee for claims that include embezzlement and defamation in a controversy involving allegations of a pirated Facebook page, illicit drug sales and a story of a holdup at a Detroit casino.
Punks With Lunch Lansing, which provides food, clothing and resources to those in need, originally filed the lawsuit in Ingham County Circuit Court in June against nonprofit co-founder Julia Miller and former employee Derek Deloof.
