The Wounded Warrior Project is returning to the North Island in February.

On Oct. 20, the Wounded Warrior Project announced that the BC Run will return in 2026 and will take place from Feb. 22 to March 1.

"We are still in the very early stages of planning, but right now, we anticipate that the 2026 run will be a very similar format to the previous years," read the announcement.

Traditionally, the run starts in Port Hardy and ends at Market Square in Victoria. Additionally, the 2026 Wounded Warrior Run BC Gala Dinner will be at the Victoria Ocean Point Resort on Jan. 31.

The tentative schedule for the 2026 Run has the runners starting in Port Hardy on Feb. 22 and running through Port McNeill and Woss. The next day, they will in Woss and end in Sayward. On Feb. 24, the runners will end t
