On October 21, 2025, at 12:40 AM, a public service message went out through cell phones about an escaped inmate in the tri-state area.

Law enforcement is looking for Timothy Oliver, an escaped on foot and is described as a white male, blue jeans, grey shirt with Trustee printed on it, ball cap and possibly a tan or orange outfit. He is 5'10", 200 lbs, blonde hair, possible mustache. If you see him, contact Henderson 911 at (270) 827-8700.
