Montgomery County Police are searching for a Silver Spring man they’re calling “armed and dangerous” after they say he opened fire during a domestic incident in broad daylight.
Detectives are asking for the public’s help to find 33-year-old Deondray Darnell Osborne, who’s wanted on attempted first-degree murder and related charges, according to police.
Shortly before 4:30 p.m. Sunday, July 20, officers from the 2nd District were called to the 8000 block of 16th Street in Silver Spring for a report of a domestic violence incident.
Investigators said Osborne pulled up in a silver Chrysler Pacifica with Maryland tags 4FC4143, got out, and fired multiple shots at a victim sitting in a parked car before taking off.
The victim was not hit, but the vehicle was struck several times, police said.
Detectives later obtained an arrest warrant for Osborne, who remains at large as of Tuesday, Oct. 21.
Authorities warn that Osborne should be considered armed and dangerous.
Police said: “If you see him, do not approach and call 9-1-1 immediately."
