BOSTON (WWLP) - Kaitlyn Kenney Walsh has been appointed as the new President and CEO of the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Foundation, succeeding Audrey Shelto, who plans to retire at the end of the year.

Kenney Walsh, currently serving as Vice President of Policy and Research, will assume leadership on January 1, 2026, as the organization continues its mission of improving equitable access to healthcare. Her appointment follows Shelto's decade-long tenure, during which the Foundation expanded its influence in health policy and community partnerships.
