SOUTH HADLEY, Mass. (WWLP) - The South Hadley Elementary School Building Committee held a virtual workshop on Tuesday as part of their educational visioning process for Mosier Elementary School.

The meeting was part of the committee's educational visioning process, aimed at gathering input on whether to replace or renovate the aging school, which was built in 1969.

"What are the talking points around what the priorities are? Why do we need a newer or renovated— or some combination— facility? And what is it educationally will it provide to the community?" said David Stephen, a participant in the meeting.

The committee has selected Mount Vernon Group Architects to lead the design process, in partnership with the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA).
