Residents around Oldham and Ramona will eventually receive better cellphone service after the Lake County commissioners approved a permit for a new Verizon tower during a regular Oct. 21 meeting.
Commissioners also heard from a resident about passing an ordinance regarding dogs running at large, and they voted to move forward with providing 911 dispatch service for Miner County next year. ×
