A man and woman have been charged with stealing more than $10,000 worth of clothing from the Lululemon store in the Avalon Mall. RNC say the theft, which occurred around 10:15 Tuesday morning, led them to a home in Mount Pearl.

A search resulted in the seizure of 90 pairs of activewear pants, three pellet guns, a high-velocity paintball gun, two crossbows and ammunition.

A 30-year-old woman and 35-year-old man have been charged with theft over $5,000, but more charges are expected as police believe more people are involved.

RNC say organized retail theft is occurring on the Northeast Avalon with stolen goods sold on social media marketplaces.

They have received two dozen reports of theft from Lululemon this year alone.
