Andrew Knack to speak at 3 p.m. after Cartmell concedes mayoral race

Mayoral hopeful Andrew Knack is scheduled to address his supporters Tuesday at 3 p.m., just hours after main opponent Tim Cartmell conceded and congratulated him.

Knack, who ran as an independent, led Better Edmonton’s Cartmell by some 11,500 votes with 61 per cent of polls reporting.
