Growing up in Dublin, Ireland, Reason Prep Academy senior Vincent Osazee didn’t think he would turn out to be his program’s first Div. 1 men’s college basketball player.
A Milton resident, the 6-foot-8 small forward/power forward has committed to the University of the Pacific and hopes to reach the NBA. Ranked No. 11 on ESPN’s 2026 Massachusetts boys basketball recruits, he can dunk, finish well at the rim, knock down three-pointers, grab rebounds and play strong defense, despite a late introduction to the sport.
Osazee played soccer, Gaelic football and ran cross country as a child in Ireland. He believes playing those sports helped shape his movement and jumping ability.
