The Tracy City Fairground Barn is a complete loss after a fire broke out last Monday. The barn was over 100 years old.

Rumble and ash are all that is left at the Tracy City Fairground Barn. Keith Killebrew had just completed an 80-foot mural on it with everything Tracy City depicted on it.

"A 100 years' worth of memories for this community. We had worked so hard to create a sense of community with that mural,” said Killebrew.

A $5,000 grant from the Cumberland Tourism Partnership and the Tennessee Arts Commission helped pave the way for the mural.

"A lot of care and a lot of money went into bringing that barn up to where it was before the fire,” said Killebrew.

Not all was lost in the fire, though
