Rachel Turner Litteral announces campaign for Pulaski County Clerk

A Somerset native has thrown her hat into the ring for next year’s Pulaski County Clerk election.

Rachel Turner Litteral announced her intentions earlier this month to run on the Republican ticket for the clerk’s position. She might be a familiar face to those who have gone into the clerk’s office in the past, since she said she worked there for more than four years.
