People took to social media on Tuesday to complain about technical problems at CVS stores, with some expressing frustration over a delay in their prescriptions.

A spokesperson for CVS said some stores were dealing with network connection issues Tuesday but others have resolved the issues. As the networks go back online, some customers may experience delays.

The spokesperson did not say how many stores were affected by the network connection issues Tuesday. There are more than 9,000 CVS stores in the United States.

“While most of our pharmacies can still fill prescriptions, some patients may experience delays,” the spokesperson told MassL
