It feels like we have knocked every door and called every phone in Detroit. Each day, we visit our neighborhoods to talk about the candidates who are ready to lift up the working people who power this city.

Some of us worked to help President Joe Biden get elected. Others hoped to see former Vice President Kamala Harris ascend to the White House. Now, we’re here to help Mary Sheffield become the first Black woman mayor in our city’s history.
